Returns and Refund Policy

•   Colours are approximately only and can vary due to your device screen calibration.

• While we strive to provide accurate representations of each colour, refunds based on minor color discrepancies between rendered images and the actual product are not grounds for a refund. 

• A Full Exchange or refund is available if we have sent you the wrong product. Or if the item does not match the description on the website at time of purchase. 

•  We are happy to Exchange if an In Stock Item turns out to not be the size you are after, notification must be made within 7 days. It will be exchanged for the equivalent in the appropriate size.

•  Refund: If you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, we will only give you the refund once evidence of fault is received by us, or we have received the Product at our workshop within 30days of purchase (PO Box 162, Meeniyan, 3956, Vic) and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Sales Terms. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the Product. 

• Refunds are not paid if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.  If you have a minor problem with a product or service, we will give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.  

•  You may seek a refund or exchange of an item purchased on the Site within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to seek repair, replacement or a refund for a Product, or have an enquiry relating to a Product, please contact us within 14days of purchase via email at info@carringtonsaddlery.com.au .  The email must be accompanied by proof of purchase, an image of the Product and Product fault along with a short description of the fault (where relevant). 

• Refunds do not include Paypal  fees. 

• Any made to measure bridles that are made specifically for your horse, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, unless it turns out the item is actually faulty. 

• All our orders are shipped via Express Post Satchels with a tracking number.

• All postage costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. 

• Our in stock items are shipped within 2 -3 business days of your order.

 Carrington Saddlery  Accepts no liability for loss , damage ,injury or  consequent loss to Any person or animal due to misuse or failure of any  of our products.
